What is Wanda?

Wanda is a secure, user-friendly platform that makes aging at home a breeze! It’s like having a helping hand right at your fingertips. With Wanda, caregivers can provide remote care delivery effortlessly. All you need to do is let Wanda know when and where, and we’ll be there.

Who can use Wanda?

Wanda is for the family and loved ones who take care of an aging friend or relative. That’s the heart of what we do at Wanda—our mission is all about linking you or your loved one to the kind of care we’d want for our very own family. It’s all about that special connection and top-notch care.

Where does Wanda operate?

Wanda currently operates in the Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona metro area, as well as the St. Louis, Missouri metro area.

When can I expect Wanda in my area?

Will there be additional services added to Wanda?

You bet! Wanda’s not stopping at just transportation. We’re gearing up to offer a lot more. Picture this: in the future, you will be able to order groceries and meals right to a loved one’s doorstep, schedule home care, sort out those essential home repairs, and even arrange for home modifications—all with Wanda. There’s a whole world of services on the horizon!

How is Wanda different from other transportation options?

Wanda’s got the backing of MTM Health, a solid name in the transportation game since 1995, giving an extra layer of secure oversight. Plus, we have a variety of service levels to fit every need, all handled by trained, trustworthy providers known for their track record of reliable service. Beyond that, Wanda keeps everyone in the loop, making sure caregivers and your trusted contacts are all on the same page through our secure communication channels.

How can I contact a Wanda representative?

Our Concierge desk is open to lend you a hand from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. Arizona Time/9 a.m. until 7 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday at 855-735-1222.

Using Wanda

How do I schedule a service?

Scheduling a service with Wanda is easy! Just click the Schedule a Service button on your Wanda Dashboard, or from any page that shows that same button. From there, it’s a simple step-by-step process.

What hours is transportation available?

Wanda transportation is available 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. your local time, seven days a week.

Do you offer same-day trips?

No, we do not offer same-day trips. All trips must be scheduled in advance to ensure availability and proper coordination.

Do you pick up at the airport?

Currently, we can pick you up at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and Tucson International Airport. Pickup at the St. Louis Lambert International Airport is not currently available.

For Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, please be sure to include your airline and flight number in the driver instructions when booking your ride.  Your driver will call you once you land at the airport and meet you the applicable prearranged pickup zone:

Standard Sedan Trips:

  • Terminal 3: Outer north curb between Doors 3 and 5
  • Terminal 4: Outer north curb outside Door 3

Wheelchair Accessible Trips:

  • Terminal 4: Outside door 2, to the right on the inner curb
  • Terminal 3: Outside door 8, on the inner curb

Please note, drivers are not able to meet you inside the terminal as they need to remain with their vehicles.

For Tucson International Airport, please be sure to include your airline and flight number in the driver instructions when booking your ride. Your driver will call you once you land at the airport and meet you by the baggage claim on the lower level of the main terminal.

Arriving passengers can meet all transportation services outside baggage claim on the lower level of the main terminal. Follow the signs for Ground Transportation and cross the first roadway to the commercial roadways.

How do I pay for my Wanda service?

When you’re setting up a service, you’ll have the chance to use the credit card you have saved on your account, or you can add a new one for payment. We’ll charge your card after each service is complete.

How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?

Have a change of plans? No worries! To cancel a booking, just head to your Wanda Dashboard, find the ride, click the Actions button, and choose Cancel. Please note, this will cancel the round-trip rides.

For rescheduling, just cancel your booking and click “Schedule a Service” to book a new trip.  If you need a little help give our Concierge desk a buzz at 855-735-1222—they’ll sort you out in no time.

How will I know when my ride will arrive?

Curious about when your ride’s showing up? We’ve got you covered! The Caregiver, Service User, and your Trusted Contacts will all get email or text notifications letting them know when a driver is on their way and when they’ve arrived.

What are the different transportation types?

We have options to meet your needs! We have regular 4-door sedans and small SUVs. We also have Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs) available for those who need them. We’ve got the right wheels for every ride!

What are the different levels of service and how do they work?

We’ve got you covered with three levels of service:

  • Curb-to-Curb: The passenger will be picked up and dropped off right at the curb.
  • Door-to-Door: The passenger will be picked up and dropped off at the front door.
  • Person-to-Person: Need a little extra help? A driver will escort the passenger at the pick-up and drop-off spots. Not currently available in the St. Louis market.

May I bring a companion with me?

Absolutely! You can bring along one companion at no extra cost. They just need to hop on at the same address as you. Just a note, car seats are prohibited.

How long will I have to wait if I select “I will call” for the return trip when booking a ride?

If you choose “I will call” for your return trip, we’re on it to keep your wait time to a minimum. Our goal is to get a driver to you within 30 minutes.

Why should I get the Wanda Plus plan?

Thinking about Wanda Plus? Here’s the scoop: when you sign up, you get 15% off on all your transportation services. Plus, you’ll be first in line to access new services when they roll out. And the best part? You start saving the moment you sign up!

How do I cancel my Wanda Plus plan?

Need to say goodbye to your Wanda Plus plan? No sweat! Just head over to your Wanda Dashboard, find the “Your Plan” section, and hit “Change Plan.” And don’t worry, you’ll still enjoy those Wanda Plus perks for services completed before your subscription runs out.

Profile and Payment Information

How do I update my Caregiver profile?

Want to tweak your Caregiver profile? Easy! Just head to your Wanda Dashboard, click on the Account button, and select Edit Profile. From there, you can spruce it up however you like.

How do I update a Service User’s profile?

Need to update a Service User’s info? Piece of cake! Simply go to their profile page and click on the pencil icon next to their name. Then, you can make all the necessary changes.

How many Service Users can I have?

There’s plenty of room for everyone who needs a little Wanda magic! You can have up to 25 Service Users on your Wanda account.

How many trusted contacts can I include?

Good news—there’s no limit! You can add as many Trusted Contacts as you need for each Service User, letting you keep everyone in the loop who needs to be.

How do I update my credit card information or add a new credit card?

Got a credit card on file that needs an update? Click on the pencil icon in the Payment section on your Wanda Dashboard. Fill in the details and hit Save Credit Card. If you want to add a new card, just click Add Card in the Payment section, complete the required info, and hit that same Save Credit Card button.
