Colleen Giebe Joins MTM as Vice President, Operations
MTM is pleased to announce that Colleen Giebe has joined us as our third Vice President of Operations. In this role, Colleen will oversee our healthcare and logistics operations in the Central region, which includes Illinois, Missouri, Minnesota, Florida, Mississippi, and Iowa. With her extensive background in clinical quality, compliance, and healthcare operations, Colleen brings a wealth of experience and leadership to our team.
Colleen’s impressive career spans more than two decades, during which she has demonstrated exceptional skills in managing quality, compliance, and business operations. Her expertise includes developing and implementing operational strategies, enforcing compliance with safety regulations, and producing outstanding patient care outcomes. Colleen’s background in healthcare informatics and technology life cycle, coupled with her leadership roles at organizations like Optum Serve and United Healthcare, makes her an invaluable addition to our team. Colleen holds a master’s degree in health administration, as well as a bachelor’s of science degree in Nursing, and is Six Sigma Lean certified.
