Brian leads MTM Transit’s operations to achieve contract compliance and efficient quality service. He joined MTM Transit in 2016 with more than 24 years of transportation management experience. Brian possesses significant leadership experience overseeing transit operations across the nation, including fixed route, paratransit, mobility management, and ADA assessment and travel training programs. As Chief Operating Officer, he oversees MTM Transit’s location operations nationwide to ensure the most appropriate and cost-effective delivery of transportation services. He works closely with clients to understand the local climate and issues pertaining to each of our transit programs. In his hands-on approach, each client receives personal, program-specific support. He received his education from Cleveland State University.

Jill oversees all aspects of MTM’s Accounting and Finance teams, including accounts payable, accounting operations, payroll, and reporting. Her more than 12 years of experience in financial planning, auditing, and analysis help her continually ensure that MTM is a fiscally responsible company capable of meeting the needs of clients nationwide. Jill holds a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Missouri. In 2023, Jill was named an honoree of the St. Louis Titan 100 thanks to her achievements as a C-level leader at MTM.

Rick brings to MTM nearly 35 years of experience leading technology functions for organizations in the healthcare industry. In his role as MTM’s CTO, Rick leads our technology-driven business solutions, and in particular, delivers the ongoing development of our proprietary non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) scheduling platform, Reveal. As the leader of our high performing IT team, Rick provides true vision for future technology enhancements and investments, ensuring a seamless digital experience for stakeholders. Rick holds his bachelor’s of science degree in computer science and psychology, with a bachelor’s of arts degree in business management.

With a focus on providing a best-in-class customer and client experience, Dawn guides the overall operational direction of our organization. Dawn joined MTM in 2019 as Vice President, Operations, a role in which she directed all areas of our transportation and Logistics operations, ensuring top-level performance from our multi-modal network of transportation providers. As COO, she helps to improve network adequacy, execute our Corporate Logistics Strategy, and enhance service transparency through our proprietary MTM Link platform. Dawn is focused on guiding MTM's operations as we move toward more technology-enabled features that leverage AI to dynamically predict transportation resource capacity, proactively adjust transportation resources to ensure on-time performance, and accurately match members to their most appropriate mode and driver. Dawn has more than 20 years of experience in executive management roles for organizations like Penske Logistics, Express Scripts, and Cigna. Dawn earned her MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. She is a former Navy Lieutenant Commander, and holds her GE Master Black Belt certification.

Michele has more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles. As the Chief Marketing Officer, she oversees MTM's expert Marketing Department and supports our efforts in new business acquisition. Michele is also responsible for MTM’s account management and client relations functions, and supports clients in developing program manuals, member educational materials, community outreach materials, and newsletters for all stakeholder groups. She holds a master’s degree in business administration.

With more than ten years of experience in corporate compliance, employee relations, strategic planning, and new business implementation, Kerri is MTM's human resources and culture expert. As Chief People Officer, she focuses on our overall culture, staff engagement, and organizational design. Kerri oversees MTM’s People & Culture umbrella, inclusive of our Human Resources, Training, Compliance, and Employee Engagement teams, to ensure ongoing corporate enhancement, as well as improved employee hiring practices, training programs, and employee satisfaction. Her main goal is to ensure we hire and train the most qualified staff, resulting in overall operational quality and client satisfaction. She holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership

As Chief Legal Officer, Tom Wiese ensures MTM adheres to federal, state, and local laws and regulatory requirements in all of our operating areas. He is MTM’s chief advisor and representation on all legal matters, and oversees the execution of contracts with clients, vendors, and providers. He is also a valued resource and guide to MTM’s Risk Management Committee and Board of Directors. Tom has practiced law in the healthcare industry in private practice settings for multi-national managed care organizations like Centene, as well as large national hospital systems such as SSM Health. He has spent his career leading compliance, risk, and corporate governance functions; directing M&A due diligence activity; and negotiating all manner of contracts. Tom earned his Juris Doctor degree from Saint Louis University School of Law, and is certified in healthcare compliance. In 2024, Tom was named an honoree of the St. Louis Business Journal Corporate Counsel Awards in recognition of his efforts at MTM.

As the chairman of MTM’s Board of Directors, Peg provides strategic leadership and final authority on all major business and financial decisions. Prior to moving into her oversight role as the Chairman, Peg co-founded MTM and provided key leadership and executive functions as the former President and CEO. Peg has more than 30 years of experience working in executive roles in the social services, health, and behavioral health fields.

Lynn co-founded MTM with his wife Peg in 1995. Lynn holds a master's degree in business administration from George Washington University, and brings to MTM's Board of Directors more than 30 years of management experience in the medical field, social services, and with managed care organizations. Lynn is also a veteran, having served as a former Captain in the Navy.

Prior to joining joining Atlas, he worked in various senior management roles within the transportation industry. Jack has also previously served as chairman of the Evansville Tri-State Heart Walk, and currently sits on the American Heart Association’s Board of Directors. He earned his graduate degree from Columbia University.
